Delivery & Pick up Policies:
1. DELIVERY FEES: Delivery fee is a gas surcharge of $5.00 each way.
2. DELIVERY & PICK UP TIMES: We typically schedule all delivery and pick-up appointments in either one or two hour windows depending on your location. We schedule all of our deliveries first, then pick-ups after. Your time depends on how many deliveries and pick-ups we have scheduled for that day. We begin delivering at 9:30 am. and on most days, pick-ups begin in the afternoon.
3. DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS: We will try to accomodate your schedule, but most of our customers are working with plane flight schedules. You may need to schedule your delivery a day before or your pick-up a day later if neccessary. We frequently work with Condominium and Hotel managers to help accomodate our customers.
4. NO-SHOW POLICY: If we schedule your delivery/pick-up time and you are not available when we arrive, you will be charged a $15.00 fee.
