Delivery & Pick up Policies:

1.  DELIVERY FEES:  Delivery & pick up fee is $5.00 each way.           This includes set up and break down of crib!

2. DELIVERY & PICK UP TIMES:  We have many customers and deliver all morning and afternoon.  We schedule delivery and pick-up appointments in either one or two hour windows depending on your location.  Your time depends on the delivery route we have that day.  Every day is different and we get last minute orders, so we won't be able to give you a time until the day before your delivery or pick-up. 

3. DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS:  Most of our customers are working with plane flight schedules and nap times.  You may need to schedule your delivery a day before or your pick-up a day later if neccessary.  We frequently work with Condominium and Hotel managers to help accomodate our customers. 

4. NO-SHOW POLICY:  If we schedule your delivery/pick-up time and you are not available when we arrive, you will be charged a $15.00 fee.
